These Terms of Service govern access to and use of https://unifclothingl.shop, including purchases made through the website.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” “our,” and “unifclothingl.shop” refer to the operator of the online store. “You” and “customer” refer to any visitor, account holder, or purchaser using the website.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to all mandatory rights granted by applicable law.

2. Shopify Platform

Our store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure used to display products, operate checkout, and process store interactions.

Shopify is a technology provider and is not the seller of products offered by unifclothingl.shop unless expressly stated otherwise. Purchases through our store create a relationship between the customer and the store operator.

3. Eligibility

To place an order, a customer must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

A minor may use the store or make a purchase only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian, where required by law.

Customers must provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and must not impersonate another person or use payment information without authorization.

4. Product Information

We sell women’s clothing and footwear, including sets, casual sets, jeans, underwear, tops, shoes, and related fashion products.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. However:

• Colours may appear differently depending on the screen, lighting, and device settings;

• Measurements may vary slightly because of production or measuring methods;

• Pattern placement and minor finishing details may differ between units;

• Packaging may change without materially affecting the product; and

• Product availability may change without notice.

These qualifications do not permit us to supply goods that materially differ from the agreed description or fail to conform to applicable law.

Customers should review available size information before ordering. A size label may not correspond exactly to sizing used by another manufacturer.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required by law. Any optional charge must be disclosed before the customer places the order.

We may change prices prospectively at any time. A price change will not affect an order already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error applies and the law permits correction.

6. Obvious Pricing and Listing Errors

We may correct an obvious typographical, pricing, product, or technical error.

If an order is affected by a clear and recognizable error, we will contact the customer before fulfilment where reasonably possible. The customer may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

We will not use this provision to change a valid agreed price merely because the product later becomes more expensive.

7. Placing an Order

Products placed in a cart are not reserved.

Before submitting an order, the customer can review and correct the order details using the checkout functions. By activating the final purchase button, the customer submits an offer to purchase the selected products and agrees to pay the displayed total.

The customer will normally receive an electronic order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but may not constitute final acceptance.

8. Order Acceptance

A purchase contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, dispatch the products, or otherwise confirm acceptance, depending on the checkout process and applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, including:

By submitting payment information, the customer confirms that the customer is authorized to use the selected method and authorizes the applicable charges.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment services. Their terms and privacy notices may also apply. We do not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.

10. Fraud Prevention

We may carry out reasonable verification and fraud-prevention checks before accepting or dispatching an order.

We may request additional confirmation where a transaction presents an unusual risk. We will process verification information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Free standard delivery is available for accepted orders. The estimated total delivery period is 15 to 20 calendar days from the date of order, unless a different estimate is clearly displayed before purchase.

Shipping is further governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a fixed date has been expressly agreed. Mandatory rights concerning delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

12. Ownership and Risk

Ownership transfers in accordance with applicable law after the required payment has been received.

For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage generally transfers when the customer or a third party designated by the customer obtains physical possession of the goods, except where the customer independently appointed a carrier not offered by us.

13. Returns and Withdrawal

Eligible products may be returned under our 30-day return program.

Consumers in the European Union also generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions.

Underwear or other sealed hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from change-of-mind return after the protective seal has been removed, where the legal conditions for that exception are satisfied.

Full procedures appear in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory withdrawal, conformity, guarantee, or remedy rights.

14. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Products must conform to the contract and applicable consumer law.

Consumers are protected by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity, generally for at least two years from delivery. If goods are defective, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination and refund under the conditions established by law.

This legal guarantee is independent of our voluntary return policy.

15. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to stated eligibility requirements, dates, product restrictions, minimum spending, or usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Only one discount code may be used per order;

• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Codes cannot be applied after an order is submitted;

A promotion does not reduce statutory consumer rights.

The customer grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and use that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unrelated, or contains sensitive personal information. We will not suppress an honest review solely because it is negative.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain services or links supplied by third parties, including payment providers, social networks, and delivery carriers.

We do not control independent third-party websites. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. The presence of a link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by the customer’s misuse of a product, unauthorized alteration, failure to follow care instructions, or unlawful use.

For consumers, we remain responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to exercise legally required care. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a mandatory remedy.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a business user agrees to compensate us for third-party claims resulting from that user’s unlawful misuse of the website or infringement of another party’s rights.

This provision does not apply to consumers in a manner that would unfairly restrict statutory rights.

24. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, GDPR, and applicable Italian data-protection law.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy before placing an order.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the website when our services, procedures, or legal obligations change.

The Terms applicable to an order are normally those made available when the order was submitted. A later change will not retroactively remove an accrued consumer right.

26. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

27. No Waiver

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

28. Governing Law

These Terms and purchases through the store are governed by Italian law, without depriving a consumer residing in another country of mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.

29. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Customers should first contact info@unifclothingl.shop so that we can attempt to resolve a complaint directly.

A consumer may pursue a claim before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law, including any court legally available in the consumer’s place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms obliges a consumer to submit exclusively to a court that applicable law does not permit us to select.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available for submitting new complaints. Consumers may contact a competent national consumer organization, an applicable alternative dispute-resolution body, or the legally competent court.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Legal Notice, product information, and order confirmation, form the applicable agreement concerning use of the store and each purchase.

If any policy conflicts with mandatory law, mandatory law prevails.
